Welcome to Rivers Church

We were all new here once, and we understand that going to a church for the first time can be intimidating and awkward. We want to help make your experience a great one, so here is a glimpse of what to expect. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us ahead of time.

Get Directions

Friendly and Relaxed Atmosphere!

We want you to feel right at home each time you come. There’s Guest Parking near the front door that is available just for you! When you walk through the doors you can expect some people to welcome you and hand you a program. The sanctuary is to the left once you enter and the bathrooms are to the right. There’s always refreshments and coffee in the Lobby, so feel free to help yourself before finding a seat in the sanctuary. You’re even welcome to take those into the sanctuary with you.

Casual Dress

Most people at Rivers Church dress casually. You may even see several football jerseys in the Fall. (Our pastor especially likes to wear his Seahawks jersey!) Your appearance isn’t a factor, so don't think you have to go buy a new outfit. Feel free to wear whatever excites you or makes you feel comfortable.

Service Order

We always start our services with a time of energetic, passionate praise and worship. Once worship is over, we will share a few announcements about what’s happening at our church. We’ll then continue our worship through an offering and one more song, which flows right into the weekend message. Most weekends, Pastor Tony will preach.

What about the Kids?

Here at Rivers Church we are dedicated to creating a space for kids of all ages to experience the Holy Spirit alongside their families. To meet this goal, kids join their families in worship and are checked in before the message starts. Little Rivers (ages 0-5) and Rivers Kids (ages 6-12) are both located in our Main Building near the Sanctuary. After worship, kids will encounter the Word through hands-on activities, age-appropriate teaching and interactive lessons led by background-checked volunteers.
